Process and steps

1. Analysis of blockchain relevance
   We examine the background materials for the use case (project plan and other documents) to understand beforehand what the needs, pain-points and requirements apply and whether the use of blockchain as a technology is appropriate. We prepare our own tools, such as questionnaires, technical bulletins and Blockchain Canvas to make the analysis systematic, comprehensive and clearer to understand.
2.  Consultancy sessions
   We conduct several visits to the client organization to discuss the project with different stakeholders, such as developers, sales & marketing teams and upper management to develop an understanding how the project is planned, how the technology choices fit the requirements, communication structures, and other issues. We examine the aims of the project, and determine if the system should be open or private, permissioned or permissionless, whether there are PKI issues, data privacy and anonymity considerations, whether transaction rates and data storage sizes are relevant, and if smart contracts apply. We assist in the selection of a suitable blockchain platform.
3. Reporting
   We produce a report for you containing an evaluation of current project materials, communication and data flow, the proposed blockchain technology to use and how it is to be adapted to fit other technology solutions, and further relevant matters. We can discuss the contents of the report with you in a subsequent meeting.
