Back in early January, on the 11th to be precise, we got to spend more time at the Leonidas offices in central Tampere. This time it was in the evening, to present an “after-work” session to 25 interested people who had registered back in December.

As it turns out, this was the first ever “after work” event that Leonidas had organised, but you wouldn’t have guessed it from the way they ran things. There were drinks and snacks, comfortable chairs, and a large projection screen for us to put up our slideshows.

Here’s an account of the event on Leonidas’s web site.

I think we managed to get the balance right between a formal lecture and an informal Q&A session, and although I was talking for almost three hours (my voice was starting to go at the end!), when the event finished there were still people wanting to know more, and asking me more questions.

It’s always great to get to educate an interested audience, so many thanks to Leonidas for giving us the opportunity to improve the understanding of blockchain in Finland.
