Blockchain Consultancy is meant for clients who have selected blockchain as their technology in a use case but need expert consultancy to develop definitions or understand the limitations in starting a development project, providing a tender or offering subcontracting. Chainfrog is a neutral objective party to help in blockchain project evaluation.
Process and steps
- Analysis of a use case and preparation
We examine the background materials for the use case (project plan and other documents) to understand beforehand what the needs, pain-points and requirements apply for the use of blockchain as a technology. We prepare our own tools, such as questionnaires, technical bulletins and Blockchain Canvas to make the consultancy systematic, comprehensive and clearer to understand. - Consultancy sessions
We conduct several visits to the client organization to discuss the blockchain project with different stakeholders, such as developers, sales & marketing teams and upper management to develop an understanding how the project is planned, how the technology choices fit the requirements, communication structures, and other issues. - Reporting
We produce a report for you containing an evaluation of current project materials, communication and data flow, the proposed blockchain technologies and how they are to be adapted to fit other technology solutions, and further relevant matters. We can discuss the contents of the report with you in a subsequent meeting.
Pricing
As agreed. Typical projects range from 3000 – 5000 € + VAT*
